Holiday Greetings, Body Electrician Family!

I hope this note finds you well. It has been a while since we talked. I’ve had a lot of changes in my personal life and with the business in recent years, but I think (hope?) things are starting to calm down into a more manageable pace.

As we come into the holiday season, I find myself reflecting on these changes and feeling a bit nostalgic. The past was amazing and fun and filled with many good things! The future—with all its potential and unknowns—beckons. I feel blessed and content in this season, even as I long for more at times.

I want to resume our more frequent talks via newsletters, just to keep you in the loop with what is happening with the Body Electrician family. Many of you are aware that our websites were down for quite a while. Good news—www.bodyelectrician.com is up and running again. If you haven’t checked it out, please do!

This month I want to talk to you about our health scans. I know that with the end of an old year and the beginning of a new one, we often spend time reflecting on our long-term goals and where we are in relation to them. I hope that your long-term health is one of the things that you consider this time of year.

Heads Up—Sale Incoming!

Before we dive into our talk, I wanted to give you a quick heads up that starting in the next week or so we’re going to be having a sale on our core products. Over the years I have been doing health scans, every single person I have scanned has needed a few of our basic products. I will talk more about that in my next newsletter.

In the meantime, let’s talk about health scans!

Full Body Health Scan: a Helpful Tool

Many of you already know about our health scan and have had at least one done over the years. But for those of you who have not, I wanted to explain briefly how they work and what information they can provide to you. In simple terms, the scan is an informational wellness tool designed to help us identify common patterns that may be affecting how you feel—then use that information to guide a personalized protocol to help facilitate positive change. The scan evaluates a broad range of functional indicators across multiple body systems. It does not diagnose disease, but it can be valuable for highlighting stressors that may contribute to symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, digestive discomfort, mood changes, skin disorders, chronic or acute disease, or stalled progress—especially when multiple factors are overlapping (such as inflammation, malnutrition, immune system burden, or chronic stress affecting thyroid and adrenal function).

What the Scan Looks For

Below are the primary scan categories we review. Each category helps us understand how your body may be responding to internal or environmental challenges and where additional support may be appropriate.

System balance and regulation: Thyroid function patterns, adrenal stress patterns, and overall system regulation. Pineal and pituitary signaling patterns that may influence sleep, energy, and resilience. Hormone function that may influence energy and sleep patterns, libido, and hunger.

Immune and microbial patterns: Immune system stress markers and patterns consistent with chronic immune activation. Common microbial burdens, including candida and bacterial patterns such as strep, staph, h. pylori, and E. coli. Indicators that may align with infection-related stress, when present.

Digestive and nutrient utilization: Patterns associated with absorption challenges and nutritional status. Signs that may suggest malnutrition or nutrient imbalance affecting energy and recovery.

Inflammation and stress response: Functional patterns linked to inflammation and oxidative stress. Stress-response load and recovery capacity.

Environmental and toxicity exposure patterns: Heavy metal stress patterns, including lead, aluminum, mercury, and arsenic. Other toxicity patterns that may interfere with normal detoxification and cellular function.

Parasites and related burdens: Patterns that may be consistent with parasites or other unwanted biological stressors.

A Note on Infections, Toxins, and Exposure

When we discuss microbes, heavy metal burden, and toxicity, our intent is to educate, not or overwhelm. These are common areas that can influence how the body performs, especially when the immune system is already under strain. The health scan helps us understand how complex issues are connected to each other. We can avoid guessing and instead focus on what appears most relevant to the current picture of your health.

You may hear discussion in the wellness space about “vaccine shedding.” If you have concerns about potential exposure or symptom timing, we can test for that specifically and let you know if your body is carrying a heavy burden of “shedding.”

Why This Matters for Long-term Results

Sustainable progress usually comes from addressing the underlying reasons your body is struggling to maintain balance—not simply chasing symptoms. By looking at the full picture (thyroid, adrenal, inflammation, immune system load, nutrition, toxins, parasites, and potential microbial or heavy metal stressors), we can make a plan moving forward with a recommended protocol specific to you.
